An observation made by the Great Martin Luther in his time but still we are discovering new approaches to resolve our legal disputes.
The term "ADR" generally signifies an Alternative way to solve the disputes in a simple way. ADR refers to a set of practices and techniques aimed at permitting the resolution of legal disputes outside the courts. ADR typically includes early neutral evaluation, negotiation, conciliation, mediation, and arbitration. ADR is likely to shape the legal world in the coming years.
Why ADR?
Nowadays, this is a protective approach in resolving claims and disputes as it is less time consuming, cost efficient and due to the growing population of our country and world, our courts are facing a problem of overcrowding which leads to a longer time than expected in solving a dispute. alternative dispute resolution processes do not typically last nearly as long as the litigation process.
